For four and a half years, Bonito grew a home in Umalas around a simple pull toward fish and seafood, the same way founder Maurizio Bombini grew up eating it in his hometown of Puglia. That same kitchen and team now take residency on the rooftop at Kleo, Seminyak, open to the sky and looking out over the coastline.
The plates haven’t changed, only the view. Bonito is open daily for dinner from 5 to 11 PM, with the rooftop set for evenings that stretch a little longer under the stars. Find Bonito at Jl.
