Aperitivo Hour runs daily from 5–7 PM. Arrive by 5:30 if you want a seat before the sky starts changing color — sunset in Seminyak lands around 6 PM most of the year.

What the Rooftop Actually Feels Like
Open-air seating, a breeze that picks up as the sun drops, and a straight view out over the coastline. It’s louder than a fine-dining room and quieter than a beach club — conversation-level, not shouting-over-music level.
Tables fill up fast between 5:30 and 6:30. After 7, the pace slows down and it shifts naturally into dinner service.
