Drinks With Partners From 5 PM
Aperitivo runs daily from 5 to 7 PM. Fresh oysters are IDR 12K each and wine by the glass is IDR 80K, with complimentary aperitivo snacks.

Order to share. One of our best sellers is the hand folded fritter with octopus, eggplant and ricotta, fried to order and served with marinara.

The rooftop seats up to 40 guests, or up to 60 for a standing event.
For groups, the Taste of Bonito set menu keeps things simple. It is a sharing menu of signature dishes chosen by the Chef, for a minimum of two people. Send us your date and group size, and we will plan the evening with you.
A Quiet Dinner After the Show

Who Is Behind Bonito
Bonito is by Chef Owner Maurizio Bombini. He grew up in Puglia, in the south of Italy, and cooked across Europe, the US and China before opening his own restaurants in Bali.
He also runs MAURI, his fine dining Italian restaurant in Seminyak, and Zia Tina, a Puglian Italian restaurant inside KLEO Seminyak.
Bonito spent four and a half years in Umalas before moving to the KLEO rooftop. Same kitchen team. New view.
