Minuty is a family estate in Provence, founded in 1936. It is one of the best known rosé names in the world.

It is dry, light, and fresh. Perfect for Bali heat and made to pair with seafood.

Start with rosé. Stay for grilled fish, octopus, or lobster. Dinner runs until 11 PM.
